German Infantry Regiment completed

Well here it is, the completed German Infantry Regiment of two battalions, following the OOB in Rapid Fire v.2 rules.

2nd Battalion HQ

6th Company

8th (Heavy) Company

Recce and Engineer platoons

Could have spent more time on them but there'll do. Have to keep reminding myself that they are only tokens for the gaming table.

They look like Peter Pig to me?? Very nice either way... how do you do the unit labels, I recognise the font, but not how you got them on to the labels??

Thanks guys

Most are Peter Pig miniatures with a few Skytrex (Command Decision) and possibly a couple of QRF thrown in for good measure.

Labels are created on a Mac with Adobe Illustrator, using a font called LemonadeICG, yellow text on a black background, printed then cutout and glued on the movement/storage trays. I like the idea of know what each unit is. It also helps my opponent if we decided to swap forces.

I have been wargaming for 10 years in which time I have finally settled on two eras, Napoleonic and WWII, both in 15mm (1:100). Most of my ramblings will be about gaming in these two eras. An attempt will be made to record my wargaming interests, building of armies, ideas, interests and hopefully some games played.
